Join us as we usher in an incredible weekend of Jewish learning and culture at its best! There won’t be athletes in uniform but there will be laughs, an uplifting musical performance and a warm welcome from our amazing volunteer Co-Chairs to get you into the Limmud-Oz spirit.

By day, Michala is a consultant who specialises in community engagement and social sustainability, by night she becomes a Limmud Junkie.  In her dual roles of chair of Limmud Sydney and co-Chair of Limmud-Oz 2013, Michala lives and breathes the principles of Limmud.  She hopes that this year's event not only takes you one step further on your Jewish Journey but also helps connect the various facets of the Sydney Jewish community.

Mel Drinkwater - Co-Chair

Mel Drinkwater is an avid Limmudnik.  She has been involved in Limmud events in Sydney since 2008.  In her spare time, she plays bass, studies and teaches medical ethics and works as a doctor at Sydney Children’s Hospital.  She hopes that all the participants in Limmud-Oz 2013 find sessions that challenge and inspire them. | Mel Drinkwater was Co-Chair for Limmud-Oz 2013.
