Maxine Appel-Cohen, together with Di Kuchar, wrote and performed their hit show Chocolate, Change & a Skim Flat White - a quasi musical in the key of OY FLAT! at Limmud-Oz 2011. Shirley Politzer was a classroom music teacher, mostly in high schools and pre-schools, for 30 years. She has a Diploma in Music Education and has performed for the Waverley Philharmonic Orchestra, many Musical Society shows and the Sydney Jewish Choral Society.
