Shlomo BenHaiem is the JNF National Education Director and Shaliach. He holds an MA in Land of Israel Studies and Jewish History and a BADipEd in Jewish Studies. A licensed Israel guide, he has worked for the past 17 years with Keren Kayemet Leisrael (JNF) in tourism and Zionist education. Previously he worked with the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel (SPNI). With great passion for Israel, his aim is to strengthen the link and love between the Diaspora and Israel, the Jewish tradition and heritage, and care of our environment. He served in an IDF Intelligence Unit and volunteered as commander of a Rescue and Search unit and as an MDA medic.
